Depression Symptoms Quiz

Women and men who experience infertility are more likely to suffer from depression, and depression can further lower your fertility. Answer each question based on how you have felt in the past week.

This quiz, based on Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D), will provide insight into depressive symptoms you may be experiencing. This quiz cannot diagnose depression.
