- My boyfriend and I recently removed all soft drinks and replaced them with all organic drinks. I am juicing all organic fruits and will grow my own food in my NYC backyard. Since Genetically Engineered foods have scientifically proven dramatic health effects in rats (reduced fertility, smaller testicals in male rats, reduced size of offspring) I refuse to feed myself and my family this poison. I don't understand how this was released into our food supply. It would be great if products were labeled as GMO Free. I already feel a thousand percent better and have tons of energy after making the change.

Dietary Guidelines
- I read an article about the food pyramid recently and made tiny changes to meet it while losing weight to get into the 18-24 percent range optimal for pregnancy because I gained 25 pounds in ISRAEL I get 3 dairy a day 3 fruit a day 4 or more grain a day

More veggies
- I have tried hard to add more veggies into my diet. Lots of salads, broccoli, and those sorts of things. I considered going organic, but the prices (!!) are so high. I wish it were more affordable.
