Few people are thrilled when their menstrual period starts each month, but women who are trying to conceive dread it even more. Getting your period means you're most likely not pregnant, and feelings of sadness and disappointment are common.

Women who have experienced miscarriages may have even more anxiety, as their period may remind them of their loss.

How do you cope (or not) when your period comes? Share your experience with period-disappointment and trying to conceive here.
