First Time Trying to Get Pregnant
- I'm 33 years old and will be 34 in 3 months, so, I'm heading close to 35. I'm worry that it will be hard for me to get pregnant. My husband and I been together for 16 years (HS sweetheart), but we've never tried to get pregnant. Only recently have we been trying (several months). I've never been on birth control, never been pregnant, and I live a very healthy lifestyle. In the years that my husband and I've been together, he had always used the withdraw method to prevent me from getting pregnant. And now that we are ready, we can't seem to get pregnant. I must say, that the fear of "maybe, there is something wrong with me, that's why I can't get pregnant," had cross my mind several times and it worries me so. We are thinking of seeing a fertility doctor. We don't want to wait until we are older to seek help.

Pregnant at 41
- At 41 I went to my doctor and told him that I wanted to try for a 3rd child. He told me that because of my age it would take about a year. Close! 8 months later I concieved with no outside help and I have a beautiful baby girl. Keep the faith!

No Not Me
- I pray for those who truly want to be pregnant after the age 35. God is able to do exceedingly above more than what you can ask or believe. Keep the faith. Me, on the other hand at age 45 got pregnant. This is a unwanted pregnancy because of possible birth defects, possible single parenting, and the plans that I had of retiring and living without the responsibility of raising another child.

Sad Mom Trying to Conceive
- When they removed my IUD, I had it for almost 12 years, and I got pregnant. It turned to a miscarriage. After that, all the problems came in. Needed surgery for endometriosis and cyst. Four months after surgery and trying to conceive. I don't loose faith, and my heart wishes so much to have another child. I believe in God and put my womb in his hands and I ask Him to bless me with a little angel. One day...

Praying for a miracle
- I am turning 42 Feb this year, my husband is 47. We have 5 children between us: his, mine and ours. We have been together for 17 years and want another child together. My hubby had a vasectomy reversal 14 months ago not successful :-( I have been through an emotional 14 months trying to get pregnant already, but have decided to try IVF as I still feel inside that I am meant to have another child. I truly believe it will happen. To anyone who has gone through this, my thoughts are with you, but stay strong and believe......

Conception after 35
- My husband is 56, and I will turn 45 in March. We tried in vitro fertilization last year. The two attempts failed, unfortunately, but we're not dismayed. Continuing in our efforts at natural conception and childbirth, we intend to taking another shot at "in vitro" during the Spring. Leave it up to God, and never give up hope!

I'm not giving up! Keep optimistic...
- I had my gorgeous son at age 38! He was a honeymoon baby. Perfect. No problems over 35! We are however having problems having another baby. I experienced two miscarriages in my first trimester last year and have not been pregnant now for 17 months. We are now getting some help. My checks and my husbands are all normal. Not sure what the next step will be? Clomid? I'm nore 41 and desperate for another child. Good luck to everyone out there. I know how you are you feeling.

thoughts about trying to conceive at 35
- I think if you're healthy and lead a healthy life there's no problem for conceiving after age 35 as a seen woman in their mid 40s even early 50s give birth to healthy babys. I'm only 28 years old and i'm having problems conceiving, i've never gotten pregnant even after being married for 5 years with no birth control. I'm thinking of going to my country (Dominican Republic) to get the IVF since is much cheaper there and the doctors have much success, It bothers me how much money they charge in the US for that procedure, they should try to lower the cost so people can afford it.

39 and wanting another baby
- I am 39 years old and my boyfriend is 33. I have a 17 year old daugter. I would love to have another child but I had a miscarriage in February. I also have diabetes. I worry if I can even get pregnant again and if I do, will I have another miscarriage or will my diabetes cause the baby to have birth defects. My boyfriend wants to have children, but I am 6 years older. I"m not getting any younger. Should I give up my dream of having another child?

WOOOOW... it's hard...
- I am currently 38, unable to have a kid... been married for 7 years, never used birth control. However, we decided to try Clomid. This is so much work, I am just leaving it in the hands of God.... wish me luck with Clomid, LOL.

my blessing i am claiming!!
- I am 39 and will be 40 on Dec 23rd. I have never been pregnant and believed I could not conceive, but knew with GOD all things are possible. At a routine visit in May, I was told I was about 6 weeks pregnant, which unfortunately ended in miscarriage a week later. Well, surprise, I can conceive. I started taking better care of myself and paying closer attention to my body, and now I am 13 weeks pregnant. Always stay positive and believe in yourself, even if others don't!

pregnancy after 35 after fibroid removal
- I had an operation almost 6 months ago to remove uterine fibroids, one being 14 cm. I had to wait 6 months for my uterus to heal. I have just turned 39 and am both excited and nervous about trying to fall pregnant. At least I know my uterus is clear now.

scared I'm too old to get pregnant
- I'm lucky, I've got two children, 12 and 2, but I want another baby so much, and I'm 37. My partner is poorly with arthritis and needs to go on medication, which you can't conceive on. We've only got one more try until the medicine starts. We've been trying for 4 months now. I'm so scared when I read this that I won't ever get pregnant now, too old. :-(

This stinks!
- I'm 42 with a retroflexed uterus. I took clomid and had an artificial insemination done on Saturday. If this doesn't work, the Dr. informed me that over 43 our chances lessen twofold. I turn 43 in February, have 2 children, 22 and 19 now. Is it worth it to keep trying?

- I am 35 and going for IVF next month again. I had one IVF 5 years ago that did not succeed. We are married almost 9 years. I am hopeful but scared. I wish everyone success and baby blessing cause I know how much it is stressful. I always pray for everyone who is suffering from this pain. love
