Being over or underweight can lead to problems with your fertility. You can lose or gain weight by counting calories and exercising. Find out how many calories you need to either gain or lose weight with this calorie calculator.

The calculator allows you to adjust how many pounds you would like to lose or gain each week, but the default for the calculator is one pound per week. While it is possible to gain or lose weight faster than by a pound per week, this is not a healthy method. Also, you should not eat fewer than 1,200 calories per day, unless under the direction of a doctor.

An excellent resource for counting calories is Calorie Count. The site allows you to track your calories and exercise, and includes a database with the calorie totals for thousands of foods. You can also input recipes, and find out how many calories one serving is. I highly recommend it!
