
If I asked you to come up with a list of 10 things you should start doing, you'd probably have an easy time. Start eating better, start drinking more water, start exercising, start charting your cycles, start having tons and tons and tons... and tons of baby making sex.
But what if I asked you to come up with a list of 10 things to stop doing? I'm not talking about bad habits that harm fertility here, but negative thought patterns that mess with your heart and soul. Things like shame and blame, hopelessness and helplessness.
