Before we can even begin to make changes for the better, we need to be aware of what we may be doing wrong. Some bad habits are no brainers - obviously, smoking isn't good for your health or fertility. Heavy drinking isn't a great idea either. You didn't need me to tell you that.

But did you know that staying up very late and not getting enough sleep can affect your fertility? How about not getting enough fruits and veggies?

To get a better idea of whether or not your health habits are fertility friendly, take this fun and quick quiz. While it doesn't cover every aspect of fertility health, it'll give you an idea of where you stand.
